1. Cut Sugar Cold Turkey
Let your brain and body reset by stopping all the refined sugars , sodas, fruit juices, and artificial sweeteners. This is easier than it sounds if you are injecting foods and nutrients that stop sugar cravings. Eating smaller meals spaced 4 hours apart and healthier snacks will stop you from reaching for a sugar energy boost. Including protein during breakfast like eggs, protein shakes, or nut butters will keep your energy levels higher for longer periods.
2. Optimize Nutrients
Load up on fish and coconut oils for insulin control and to reduce inflammation. Low vitamin D levels are a cause of constant hunger so make sure to spend 20mins every morning in the sun.
3. Early to Bed
Lack of good quality sleep will increase cravings and reliance of quick fix foods. Retiring to bed early for a good 8 hours of sleep is an easy way to lose weight and have more energy! Avoid eating 3 hours before sleeping to allow for meals to be completely digested.
